1. Bring in item 4 of Regulations of establishment of availability or lack of ozone-depleting substances in the goods planned to import or export, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the order of January 13, 2012 No. 8, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2012 for No. 55/20368, such changes:

figures and the words "on December 19, 2012 No. 1201" to replace with figures and the words "on December 25, 2013 No. 950", to replace figures "2013" with figures "2014".

2. (B.B. dressing gown) to submit to management of the state environmental and geological monitoring this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
