About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 37, 5/35434; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.07. 2012, 5/35926; 29.06. 2013, 5/37470; 19:10. 2013, 5/37938) following changes and amendment:
1.1. in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the word of "the commercial organizations with foreign investments" shall be replaced with words "operators of cellular mobile telecommunication";
1.2. in paragraph one of part three of subitem 2.5 of Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Trade";
1.3. add appendix 1 to this resolution with Item 44 following of content:
"44. Purchases of the import-substituting goods made within five years after their development in production according to the lists of such goods approved by republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in coordination with the Ministry of Economics.
The specified lists are posted by the Ministry of Economics on the official site of information republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Marketing and Price Situation".".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitem 1.1 of Item 1, becoming effective since January 24, 2014.
