Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 "About fire safety" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 23, Art. 282; Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1997, No. 33, Art. 658; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 9, 2/838; 2006, No. 122, 2/1259) following changes and amendment:

1. To state part one of Article 4 in the following edition:

"The state fire supervision of observance by republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, other organizations, officials and citizens of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on fire safety, including requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of system of fire-proof regulation and standardization, obligatory for observance, and also supervision of compliance with law when implementing activities for ensuring fire safety are performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus the bodies and divisions for emergency situations which are bodies of the state fire supervision.".

2. In Item 6 of Article 15 to replace the word "checks" with the word "inspection".

3. In Item 3 of Article 17 of the word to "the conclusions and preventions" shall be replaced with words to "recommendations, requirements and the conclusions".
