About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important food products" of April 22, 2009 No. 242

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About domestic trade in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important food products" of April 22, 2009 No. 242 the following changes and amendments:

- in paragraph three of item 4 of the word "and antimonopoly policy" to exclude;

- add with Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the following content:

"4-1. To plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations and city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh:

- monitor situation in the markets on realization of the main socially important food products, including on the basis of data of the city halls of the cities of regional value and айыл to okmot;

- in case of increase in prices for socially important goods to make offers on control of the prices of these goods in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4-2. Recommend to the city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh, executive bodies of other cities and ayylny aimags:

- organize fairs selling the main socially important food products producers and suppliers, with creation of conditions for their carrying out;

- carry out explanatory work among the population and entrepreneurs concerning control of the prices of the main socially important food products.";
