Some questions of implementation of the subitem 11 of item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" Customs code of Ukraine and paragraph two of Item 28 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine

According to the subitem 11 of item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine and paragraph two of Item 28 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

the inventory (except excise goods and goods of groups 1-24 according to UKTVED), transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine in which customs regime of import are exempted from taxation on value added and import duty, if such goods are not made in Ukraine and are imported on customs area of Ukraine for projects implementation (programs) due to the international technical assistance which is provided according to initiative of G8 countries "Global partnership against distribution of weapon and materials of mass destruction";

Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of commodity import (except excise goods and goods of groups 1-24 according to UKTVED), transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine in which customs regime of import are exempted from taxation on value added and import duty, if such goods are not made in Ukraine and are imported on customs area of Ukraine for projects implementation (programs) due to the international technical assistance which is provided according to initiative of G8 countries "Global partnership against distribution of weapon and materials of mass destruction".

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
