3. To provide to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Khatlon and Sughd areas, cities and areas of republican subordination with involvement of partners in development implementation of this Program in the cities of Sarband, Nurek and Tursunzoda, Dangarinskom, Rashtskom, Shakhrinavskom, Varzobskom areas and the area Spitamen, to expand implementation of the specified Program since January 1, 2014 in the city of Istaravshan, the Faizabad, Pyandzhsky, Shugnansky, Ashtsky districts and the area the World Sayid of Alija Hamadoni.
