1. Transfer the parcel of land total area of 50,4 of hectare from category of lands of inventory of the Prirechny rural district in the territory of administrative subordination of the city of Semey of the East Kazakhstan region to category of lands of the industry, transport, communication, for needs of space activities, defense, homeland security and other nonagricultural appointment according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Provide for needs of defense and homeland security on the right of permanent land use the following parcels of land:

1) to Public institution "Body of 2034" of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the parcel of land from category of lands of settlements of the village Beskaragay of the Beskaragaysky rural district of the Beskaragaysky Region of East Kazakhstan region total area of 0,3252 of hectare for servicing of the building of boundary commandant's office "Beskaragay" located down the street Seyfullina, the house 205;

2) to Public institution "Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan across the East Kazakhstan region" the parcel of land from category of lands of settlements of the city of Ridder of the East Kazakhstan region total area of 0,06 of hectare for placement and servicing of the building of Riddersky city department of Department of the Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the East Kazakhstan region located on Prospekt Gagarina, the house 5;

3) to Public institution "Military unit 5511 of" Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the parcel of land specified in Item 1 of this resolution for the shooting range device.
