2. To provide to committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (A. Esmagambetov) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (D. Asainov) in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
