1. Approve enclosed the sketch of graphical representation of mark of conformity to technical regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic and its description.
2. Determine that before entry into force of technical regulations the mark of conformity of national system of certification approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 2, 1995 No. 3 "About approval of the sketch of mark of conformity of national system of certification" is applied.
3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of the first technical regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic in which holding procedures for obligatory confirmation of conformity of products will be provided to develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure the draft of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning approval of new blank forms of the certificate of conformity and the declaration of conformity, with the image of mark of conformity to technical regulations and holographic brand.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy, trade, tourism and entrepreneurship of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
