About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts concerning banking regulation

For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation to which changes and additions are made (further - the List).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs from third on the nineteenth, from the forty seventh on the sixty sixth, from Item 1 of the List, the ninetieth on the ninety fourth, paragraphs from the twenty fourth on the thirty seventh, from Item 2 of the List, the fifty second for the fifty sixth, which become effective since February 1, 2014.

Action of paragraphs from Item 1 of the List, the eighty sixth on the eighty ninth, extends to the relations which arose since August 28, 2013.

Action of the paragraph of the fourth Item 3 of the List extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2014.

Action of item 4 of the List extends to the relations which arose since July 1, 2013.
