- make registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- accept to execution the Procedure for provision of privileges on customs payments and taxes in case of commodity importation on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic within projects of development;
- publish the Procedure for provision of privileges on customs payments and taxes in case of commodity importation on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic within projects of development in mass media.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Director of the State customs inspection under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
