About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of paper and cardboard

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of paper and cardboard according to appendix.

2. In the note 5C to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) the words "from 20.04.2013 till 19.01.2014 inclusive" shall be replaced with words No. "from 01.03.2014 till 31.08.2014 inclusive".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
