Make change to the list of subjects of foreign economic activity which confers powers on the military commodity export of own production and military commodity import for use in own production approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2005 No. 984 "About procedure for deliveries of products within the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on production and scientific and technical cooperation of the companies and organizations of defense industries" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, to No. 39, by Art. 2485; 2007, No. 78, Art. 2896; 2012, No. 5, Art. 175; 2013, No. 31, the Art. 1092, No. 97, the Art. 3579), having added the Sections "Subjects to Which Powers for Export Are Conferred" and "Subjects to Which Powers for Import Are Conferred" with such line item:
