In pursuance of item 4 of the Section XIX "Final provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Payment procedure of compensation of loss of part of the income in connection with cancellation of tax on owners of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms and the corresponding increase in rates of the excise duty from fuel for physical persons which used privileges on the tax discharge from owners of vehicles which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
