According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About streamlining of the questions connected with ensuring nuclear safety" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the supervisory board on control of use and investment of means of the financial provision intended for removal from operation of the operating power units of nuclear power plants in structure according to appendix.
2. Approve Regulations on the supervisory board on control of use and investment of means of the financial provision intended for removal from operation of the operating power units of nuclear power plants which is applied.
3. The supervisory board everyone till March 25 to report to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on performance of work on control of use and investment of means of financial provision and to submit recommendations about enhancement of use of financial provision.
