About modification of the Procedure for charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for some categories of insured persons

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for charge and payment of the single fee on obligatory national social insurance for some categories of insured persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 178 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 16, the Art. 666), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for some categories of insured persons

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "in the Pension fund of Ukraine" to exclude.

2. Item 3 in paragraph four to replace the word of "fifteen" with the word of "seventeen".

3. Item 6:

in paragraph one of the word "in the Pension fund of Ukraine" to exclude;

in subitem 2 of the word "managements of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities and areas in the cities" shall be replaced with words "territorial authorities of the income and charges".

4. The paragraph one of Item 7 to state in the following edition:

"7. Payers submit to territorial authorities of the income and charges reports on charge and payment of single fee in terms, procedure and in the form established by Mindokhodiv in coordination with the Pension fund of Ukraine and funds of obligatory national social insurance.".

5. In the subitem 2 of Item 8 of the word "The Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport" to replace with the word "Minsotspolitiki".
