About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Modification of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Modification of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation till June 1, 2014 to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. The provisions established by the paragraph third the subitem "c" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution are applied to the legal relationship which arose since forming of federal targeted investment program for 2015 and for planning period of 2016 and 2017.
