About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2013 No. 523

In pursuance of subitem 8.4 of Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2013 "About the organization of notarial activities in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 523

1. Determine that:

1.1. to the notaries performing notarial activities in 2013 as the state (private) notary, temporary disability benefit and on pregnancy and childbirth in 2014 are estimated proceeding from their earnings (income) for 2013 based on data of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance;

1.2. the child care allowance aged up to 3 years is paid to the notaries who were till December 31, 2013 inclusive in child care leave before achievement of age by it three years since January 1, 2014 in the sizes established in parts two and third article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2012 "About public welfare payments to the families raising children" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.01. 2013, 2/2005), in case of giving by them in the Ministry of Justice till March 1, 2014 inclusive statements for suspension of notarial activities in connection with child care aged up to 3 years and non-realization of notarial activities since January 1, 2014 according to the data provided to the Ministry of Justice regional Minsk city notarial chambers.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
