About the questions connected with consideration of addresses of citizens and legal entities
Based on item 4 of Article 12, of Item 2 of Article 13, of Item 3 of Article 19, 24, of parts four and heel of Item 1 of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z "About addresses of citizens and legal entities" (further – the Law) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 1 and Item 5 of Article
1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for record keeping according to addresses of citizens and legal entities (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for issue, maintaining and storage of the book of notes and offers (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for functioning of the state single (integrated) republican information system of accounting and processing of addresses of citizens and legal entities (further – system of accounting and processing of addresses) (are applied).
2. Calculation of the expenses provided in Item 2 of article 19 of the Law is made by summing of the expenses connected with consideration of addresses and recognized by state body, other organization, the individual entrepreneur necessary for consideration of the address in essence who are documented.
4. The books of notes and offers made before entry into force of this resolution are issued to the organizations and individual entrepreneurs to their complete expenditure and used by them before complete filling of all pages of the book intended for introduction of notes and (or) offers.
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
