About approval of the state standard rate of network of the organizations of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed state standard rate of network of the organizations of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the state standard rate).

2. To akims of areas, cities of republican value and capital:

1) to approve the perspective plan of development of network of the organizations of health care of the region for 2015-2025 in coordination with authorized body in the field of health care till July 1, 2014;

2) to provide step-by-step reduction of the nomenclature of the existing network of the organizations of health care in compliance with the state standard rate according to the perspective plan of development of the region;

3) to take measures for development, including expansion of network of the organizations of health care on condition of accomplishment of the state standard rate in full, and to ensuring its steady functioning.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2009 No. 2131 "About approval of the state standard rate of network of the organizations of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the resolution) (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 59, the Art. 525);
