About approval of the Standard regulations on the commission on civil protection
For the purpose of the organization and accomplishment of actions for Civil protection in all modes of functioning of the State system of Civil protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Standard regulations on the commission on civil protection.
2. To plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations, local government bodies, the organizations and the companies of the Kyrgyz Republic, irrespective of patterns of ownership to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. To the commissions on Civil protection quarterly to submit the report on the activities in the Interdepartmental commission on Civil protection of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
