According to Item "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 10 parts three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

the list of services in the field of cryptographic information security (except services of the digital signature) which economic activity on provision is subject to licensing;

the list of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security, trade in which is subject to licensing.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2010 No. 11 "About approval of the list of cryptosystems and means of cryptographic information security concerning which economic activity is subject to licensing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 1, of the Art. 29).
