1. Approve enclosed:

2) standard of the state service "Issue of the Temporary Identity Certificate to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) standard of the state service "Registration of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Place of Residence";

4) standard of the state service "Removal from Registration Accounting of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Place of Residence";

5) standard of the state service "Issue of Address References from the Residence".

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of Passports, Identity Certificates to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Passports, Identity Certificates to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service).

3) the maximum allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 30 (thirty) minutes.

2) the center - Monday through Saturday inclusive, except for Sunday and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 9:00 till 20:00 without interruption for lunch.
