About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of change of procedure for regulation of losses of electrical energy on the basis of comparative analysis

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of change of procedure for regulation of losses of electrical energy on the basis of comparative analysis.

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Tariff Service and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 6-month time after entry into force of the changes provided by this resolution to approve technique of determination of standard rates of losses of electrical energy by its transfer on power networks which provides need of reducing standard rates of losses of electrical energy by 2017 for 11 percent at least the wastage rate of electrical energy provided in the composite balance estimation of production and deliveries of electrical energy (capacity) within Power pool system of Russia on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2012.
