1. Approve the enclosed standard of the state service "Issue to the Exporter of Grain of Confirmation about Observance by the Exporter of Grain of Obligations on Supply of Grain to the State Resources of Grain".

Declare invalid the subitem 14) of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 1108 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of agricultural industry and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745 "About approval of the register of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 67, the Art. 973).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
