Declare invalid the subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning stimulation of use of renewable energy resources in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2013 No. 449 "About the mechanism of stimulation of use of renewable energy resources in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 23, the Art. 2909).
3. The subitem "an" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
