1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of April 04, 2003 No. 50 "About approval of Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) when implementing activities for designing of nuclear installation or storage for burial of radioactive waste (NP 306.5.02/2.069-2003)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2003 for No. 322/7643;

the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of August 31, 2005 No. 97 "About approval of Changes to Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) when implementing activities for designing of nuclear installation or storage for burial of radioactive waste (NP 306.5.02/2.069-2003)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 9, 2005 for No. 1019/11299.

2. To management of licensing of new projects (Grigorash A. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman - the Chief state inspector on nuclear and radiation safety of Ukraine Gashev M. H.
