3. In a month after state registration of the order to provide to the director of the State scientific and technological center of nuclear and radiation safety Vasilchenko V. M. replication of Requirements and conditions.
4. To the head of department of regulation of safety of nuclear installations Semenov O. F. in 10-day time after replication of Requirements and conditions to provide its mailing according to mailing calculation.
