1. Approve Regulations on procedure for transfer to lease to subjects of business activity of objects of material cultural heritage and the territories adjoining to them with adoption of investment obligations on their improvement and maintenance in proper condition according to appendix
2. Government commission (to Ikramov A. I.) in two weeks to approve regulations of work of the commission.
3. To the ministry of cases of culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly:
with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the draft of the government decision on enhancement of activities of the Main research and production protection department and use of objects of cultural heritage of the Ministry of cases of culture and sport providing including specific sources of financing and procedure of restoration recovery work on objects of material cultural heritage;
in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution with the interested ministries and departments.
