Changes which are made to Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Add with Items 60 (3) and 60(4) following contents:

"60(3). The drafts of the Federal Laws, presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of normative nature and acts of the Government having normative nature (drafts of the orders of the Government), prepared in Government office go to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for legal examination and anti-corruption examination by the Chief of staff of the Government or its deputies.

60(4). The projects of regulatory legal acts concerning payment commitments of the Russian Federation after their approval according to Items 57 - 60(2) these Regulations before entering into the Government go to Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation.".
