About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 9, Art. 93 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2014 No. 776-VII) the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 7 of the Section "Final provisions" to state 1) in the following edition:

"By results of the taken measures for ensuring positive shifts in development of economy in the first half of the year 2014 to make offers on recovery of amounts of expenses on accomplishment of first-priority social and economic programs taking into account the state target programs approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

2) to make changes to appendices No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" according to appendices No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
