About modification of the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine with the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine

According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of May 31, 2011  "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" and of October 8, 2013 No. 549 "Questions of Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine" I ORDER to No. 634:

1. Bring in the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine with the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of January 23, 2013 No. 61, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2013 for No. 246/22778, such changes:

1) in the Section I:

add Item 1.1 after words "Public service of statistics of Ukraine", words "Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine";

the fifth Item 1.3 after words of "consumer protection" to add the paragraph with the words "and Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine.";

2) to add Item 3.1 the Section III after the words "in the Ministry of Economic Development" with the words "together with reasonable line item according to this draft of the regulatory legal act".
