About measures for enhancement of procedure for licensing and implementation of tourist activities

 For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for licensing and implementation of tourist activities, creation of additional terms for business activity of subjects of small business the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. The commissions of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of tourist activities and the Uzbekturizm National company in three-months time:

carry out inventory count of the licenses granted before entry into force of this resolution and provide their replacement by licenses of new sample;

together with subjects of tourist activities to provide reduction of license agreements in compliance with changes and additions made to Regulations on licensing of tourist activities.

3. The Uzbekturizm national company in two weeks to develop and approve:

Regulations on procedure for issue of the qualification certificate to employees of tourism organizations and to guides (guides);

Rules of certification of tourist services;

Rules of provision of tourist services.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
