1. Approve enclosed:

1) standard of the state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of License for Activities in the field of Use of Space";

2) standard of the state service "State Registration of Space Objects and Rights to Them".

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 1126 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 68, the Art. 988);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2013 No. 567 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 1126 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 36, the Art. 533).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
