2) standard of the state service "Registration of the Agreement of Pledge of the Right of Subsurface Use, Except for Contracts for Investigation, Production or the Combined Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbonic Raw Material and Popular Minerals";

3) standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Use of Liquidating Fund";

4) standard of the state service "Registration of the Servitudes for Subsoil Plots Provided for Carrying Out Investigation, Production or Construction and (or) Operation of the Underground Constructions Which Are Not Connected with Investigation or Production in the Cases Provided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " about Subsoil and Subsurface Use "";

5) standard of the state service "Registration of the Agreement of Pledge of the Right of Subsurface Use for Investigation, Production of Popular Minerals".

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2012 No. 1151 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of subsurface use, except for hydrocarbonic raw material" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2012, No. 69, the Art. 1003).
