About measures for enhancement of management system in the field of telecommunications and mail service
According to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About telecommunications", "About mail service", "About licensing of separate types of activity", and also for the purpose of enhancement of system of public administration in the field of telecommunications and mail service, creation of necessary conditions for attraction to these spheres of foreign investors the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Determine the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan by specially authorized body of public administration in the field of telecommunications and mail service.
Grant the right to the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to specially authorized body to perform licensing of activities of legal entities in the field of telecommunications.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.02.2022 No. 80
3. Make changes and additions to decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Isaev A. N.
