4) notarized copies of the education document and appendix to it (with transfer of the education document and appendix to it on state or Russian).

Assurance of transfer on state or Russian is performed by the notary in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or bodies of diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the country in which the document is issued.
