About creation of Department on investments, repair and material security under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of development of infrastructure of education, further enhancement of management system and ensuring efficiency of use of financial resources in the state and municipal educational organizations, according to articles 10 and 11 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create Department on investments, repair and material security under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Department on investments, repair and material security under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 119 the following amendment:
- to add the scheme of management of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution with line item of the following content:
"Department on investments, repair and material security".
4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 13, 2007 No. 125.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
