According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services", the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of June 26, 1992 No. 2503-XII (in edition of the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of September 2, 1993 No. 3423-XII), the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad approved by the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of February 23, 2007 year No. 719-V, the Procedure for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 13, 2012 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 2, 2012 for No. 1089/21401, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning state registration of acts of civil status which are attached.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Anokhin A. V.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public registration service D.M.'s Crow and the director of the department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Anokhin O. V.
