About formation of the Agency on promotion of investments under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring activation of process of attraction of foreign investments to the Kyrgyz Republic, increase in efficiency of their use, being guided by articles 10 and 25 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create Agency on promotion of investments under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Agency).

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Agency.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of employees of the Agency in number of 21 units (without servicing and technicians).

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following change:

in Item 6 of appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution of figure "340" and "96" to replace with figures respectively "361" and "117".

5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 117 the following amendment:

- to add the scheme of management of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution with line item of the following content:

"Agency on promotion of investments".
