Determine that the commander of National guard of Ukraine uses concerning the military personnel of National guard of Ukraine the rights of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine provided by the Regulations on passing by citizens of Ukraine of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 10, 2008 No. 1153.
3. Recognize invalid:
The presidential decree of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 501 "Questions of body of military management of internal troops";
The presidential decree of Ukraine of March 16, 2009 No. 160 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 501".
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
