1. Approve the enclosed standard of the state service "Certification of Producers of Original, Elite Seeds, Seeds of the First, Second and Third Reproductions and Implementors of Seeds".

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the subitem 5) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 5, 2011 No. 485 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of phytosanitary safety and seed farming and modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 37, the Art. 451);

2) the subitem 2) Item of 8 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2012 No. 305 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 35, the Art. 472).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
