About approval of the Regulations on Development department of forest ecosystems of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of regulation of activities of Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 10, "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 17 and 25 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on Development department of forest ecosystems of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Development department of forest ecosystems of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month:
- in accordance with the established procedure to provide carrying out the state re-registration of Development department of forest ecosystems of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in judicial authorities;
- take the necessary measures following from this resolution;
- provide the decisions according to this resolution.
