Based on Item 345 and part four of Item 350 of the Regulations on licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450, of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
The regulations on the commissions on questions of licensing of activities for rendering legal services (are applied);
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
