2. Determine that the state customer on development and upgrade of the software used by executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation for acceptance of declarations on amount of retail sale alcoholic (except for beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré and mead) and alcohol-containing products and declarations on amount of retail sale of beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré and mead, is the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
