About measures for the effective order state-owned property

For the purpose of strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies of the public and economic board, non-state non-profit organizations, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides providing the effective order with state-owned property:

1. Agree with offers of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyats of Tashkent and the Tashkent region about:

to transfer on a grant basis to state bodies and other organizations of objects for the list according to appendix No. 1;

realization on open tenderings at the cost determined by the estimative organization, objects by the list according to appendix No. 2;

entering into authorized capital of GASK "Kafolat" at the cost determined by the estimative organization on account of increase in share of the state of the former building of GASK of Uzagrosugurt and GASK "Kafolat", at the address: Tashkent, Mirabadsky district, Ulitsa Movaraunnakhr, 13 and 13 A, with a total area of 7668 sq.m.

2. In a month to transfer to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, khokimiyats of the Tashkent region and Tashkent, and to the relevant organizations to accept the objects specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution at the cost determined by the estimative organization with ensuring their further content and effective use.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
