About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About radiation safety of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About radiation safety of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following changes:
1. To state part 2 of Article 2 in the following edition:
"The international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic and also the conventional principles and rules of international law in the field of radiation safety are component of system of law of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. State Article 5 in the following edition:
"Article 5. System of executive bodies in the field of ensuring radiation safety
1. Public administration in the field of ensuring radiation safety is exercised of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Development of policy and implementation of supervising and control functions in the field of ensuring radiation safety are implemented by the authorized state bodies determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. State Article 7 in the following edition:
"Article 7. The state regulation in the field of ensuring radiation safety
The state regulation in the field of ensuring radiation safety is determined by the corresponding technical regulations including questions of health regulations and regulations, hygienic standard rates, rules of radiation safety, state standards, construction regulations and rules, industrial safety rules and other regulatory legal acts.".
4. Regarding the 2nd Article 9 of the word "with specially authorized state bodies exercising the state supervision and control in the field of ensuring radiation safety" shall be replaced with words "with authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of ensuring radiation safety".
