About approval of Changes to Regulations on provision of the credits by the National Bank of Ukraine to banks of Ukraine for preserving their liquidity
According to Articles 99, 100 Constitutions of Ukraine, 7, of 15, of 42, 55 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and 66, 67, 71 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of safety and banking system stability of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on provision of the credits by the National Bank of Ukraine to banks of Ukraine for preserving their liquidity approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2014 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 25, 2014 for No. 323/25100 (further - Changes) which are applied.
2. The loan interest rate for preserving bank liquidity, provided before entry into force of Changes, is not subject to adjustment.
