About approval of Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to the Procedure for state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances and to the Procedure for provision of information from the State register of the rights to real estate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2013 No. 868, to Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Anokhin A. V.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective along with entry into force by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2013 No. 868 "About approval of the Procedure for state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances and the Procedure for provision of information from the State register of the rights to real estate", but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public registration service of Ukraine D.M.'s Crow and the director of the department of interaction with authorities Anokhin O. V.
