1. Create public organization the Republican center of the psychopedagogical help in subordination of the Ministry of Public Education.
2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Center in number of 17 units provided due to the extreme number of staff and staff expenses approved for the Ministry of Public Education.
3. Recommend to regional/local government boards and Executive committee of the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia to create district/municipal services of the psychopedagogical help in subordination of district/municipal division with powers in the field of education.
4. Establish the extreme number of staff of district/municipal service of the psychopedagogical help in quantity of 10 established posts.
